Eris gets to know the camera

So, Eris is 7 weeks old today. I thought this would be a good time to drop spme more pictures of her since i neglected to when i first got her home. Sorry.

I think she was a tad camra shy, but she seems to have gotten over it now.

We went to Bohonks birthday bash/thingy And while Kant, Siris and Bohonk played paintball I kept Eris in the back of the truck so that she didnt get eaten by all of the other dogs. The vet said that the full effect of her frist set of shots wont kick in for one more week so we have to keep her away from other dogs until shes done her vacinations. That wont be until shes 12 weeks old, but a little protection is better then none.
Snoozing, shes does this about every 2 hours, shes runs aropund and makes the kitties MISERABLE and thne she just stops dead in her tracks and take a nap for a half hour. Funniest thing I have ever seen.

w00t for suprises

So my breeder just called me to let me know that my Eris will be recieving her first shots tomorrow, and can be picked up later that same day! She had bumped up the shots and the microchiping from later this month cause the mother is weaning them off so strongly ( she's climbing on the coffee table to get away from her pups!) I jsut let Kant know about this and he hasnt texted me back yet, but OMG I honestly can not wait!
Look at that tiny face, how can you not love her!

Kitty

This is a picture of Eris' mother, Kitty, and her brothers. Her sister isn't in this picture because she is sleeping in a toy dump truck. I believe that my girl is the one 'mooning' us in this picture.
They have this game that the breeders kids like to call chase the mom. Kitty would walk slowly around the yard and her pups would chase her and they would get stuck on one another and they they would fight a bit, forgetting that they are supposed to be chasing Kitty. Then one of the would wise up and lead the tiny puppy pack to get their mom. Maybe it was one of those you had to be there things but I thought it was pretty cute.

Hell explained by a chemistry student.

The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid term. The answer by one student was so "profound" that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat) Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant. One student, however, wrote the following:
First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the > >same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added. This gives two possibilities: 1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose. 2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over. So which is it? If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, "It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you," and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over. The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct......leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting "Oh my God."

Four weeks old.

Well, She's 4 weeks old now and I stoped by the breeders on my way home from work yesterday and got some pictures. There are 6 pups in in her litter and she only has one sister. I hung out with her for about an hour just chilling in the sun while she ran... well wobbled around. Don't get me wrong shes walking and playing but she wants to go so much faster then she is going its funny to watch. The breeders daughters have played with all the puppy's so much that they are so clam and placid when you want them to be, you just hold them on their back, so their tummy's are facing you and its like they just go limp, its the cutes thing i have ever seen in my life, and its going to come in sooo handy when it comes time to trim her nails or take her to get her shots.
Isn't she a huge puppy, she is BY FAR the biggest one in her litter, does that mean she is going to be a bigger dog, or just that shes a growing a bit faster and will slow down before the others? I haven't been able to find much on the web about their growth, or even a whole lot of anything to do with pugs.
